I'm travelling overseas, can I make purchases using my BOS Visa Debit card?
Yes, you just need to inform Bank of Sydney about your departure and arrival date, and your destinations, by:
1. Sending us a secure Internet Banking message
- Log on to BOS Internet Banking
- Select the envelope icon from the top
- Select ‘New Message’
- As a subject choose ‘Travel Note’
- Write a short message including the above information about your trip and click ‘Send’
- Authorise the secure message via mobile notification (SMS or push notification)
2. Contacting us on 13 95 00 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEST)
- Select Option 4: ‘Card Enquiries’
- Then, Select Option 2: ‘Card Enquiries
