RediATM network no longer available.
Bank of Sydney will no longer offer RediATM services from 1 January 2022. As a result, services including PIN changes and cash withdrawals (from rediATM machines) will no longer be available. You can change your PIN via Internet or Mobile banking, by calling us on 13 95 00 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm AEST) or by visiting one of our branches.
New Smart ATMs at our branches
Our branches in Melbourne and Sydney have now been upgraded to new Smart ATMs. These ATMs can offer the following services:
- Cash withdrawals
- Balance enquiries
- Cash deposits to: Own Bank of Sydney accounts, Third Party Bank of Sydney accounts, and external accounts (via deposit to own account).
- Cheque deposit to Bank of Sydney accounts (Marrickville, Maroubra and Bankstown available from Feb 2022)
- Transfers to Bank of Sydney and external accounts via BSB and account number
