I don't have a Visa Debit card linked to my BOS transaction account. How do I request one?
You can request a new Visa Debit card by:
1. Sending us a secure Internet Banking message
- Log into BOS Internet Banking
- Select the envelope icon from the top
- Select ‘New Message’
- As a subject ’New Visa Debit Card’
- Write a short message requesting a new Visa Debit card to be issued to you by nominating your transaction account that you would like to be linked to and click send
- Authorise the secure message via mobile notification (SMS or push notification)
