Here’s how to simply access your statements via Online Banking

Internet Banking

Step 1

Log into Internet Banking via banksyd.com.au

Step 2

Click ‘Accounts & Cards'' in the side menu

Step 3

Select the account for which you would like to download a Statement

Step 4

Click the ‘View Statement’ button

Step 5 (optional)

Use the funnel symbol to filter your Statements by time period

Step 6

Click the download symbol to download your Statement as a pdf

Frequently asked questions

Currently, eStatements are only available to primary account holders for personal accounts.

The account types that are currently eligible for eStatements include;

  • Transaction Accounts
  • Savings Accounts
  • Home Loans

Paper statements for business accounts will continue to be sent on a monthly basis until we reach out to notify when estatements become available for Business customers.

If you would like to only receive eStatements moving forward, please give us a call on 13 95 00 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEST) or send us a secure message via Internet Banking to advise that you would like to cancel your paper statements.

Once your request is received, you will only receive eStatements via Internet Banking.

At this stage business customers cannot receive eStatements. Paper statements for business accounts are sent on a monthly basis.

Please call us on 13 95 00 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEST) or send us a secure message via Internet Banking.

Once logged into Internet Banking, go to filters and choose the date period in order to display and download your past statements.

Please note, eStatements are only available from the date you are activated on Internet Banking.
