We are launching a new Online Banking platform and Mobile Banking App from 23 March 2026. The new experience is designed to provide a simpler and more use friendly way to manage your accounts.
Your Customer Reference Number is your unique 10-digit number used to identify you with Bank of Sydney.
From 23 March 2026, you will need to use your full 10-digit Customer Reference Number, including any leading zeros, to log into Online Banking and when contacting us for support.

Please check the email or letter recently sent to you to locate your Customer Reference Number. If you are unable to locate your Customer Reference Number and need assistance, please call us on 13 95 00.
No. From 23 March 2026, you will need to use your 10-digit Customer Reference Number and complete the new registration process to access Online Banking and the Mobile Banking App. Your previous login details will no longer work once the new platform is available.
If you begin the registration process but do not complete it, you can simply start again next time you access the platform. Your access will remain pending until registration is successfully completed.

Your registered mobile number is required to receive a Security Code during registration.
If you no longer have access to that mobile number, please contact us on 13 95 00 prior to registering so we can update your details. This will help ensure your registration process runs smoothly.
To receive Security Codes via SMS, you must have access to a mobile number registered with Bank of Sydney that can receive SMS messages.

From 23 March 2026, you will use your Customer Reference Number to log in to Online Banking instead of your existing Business or Role Manager login details.
Once logged in, you will be able to view and manage all personal and business accounts linked to your customer record in one place.
Yes. It is important that all Authorised Users linked to your business are verified ahead of transition to ensure their access is maintained on the new platform.
If Authorised Users are not verified before transition, they will not be able to access Online Banking.
Please refer to previous communications or share the Identity Verification link with your Authorised Users so they can complete the required steps as soon as possible.
Yes. Each Authorised User will need to complete the new registration process the first time they log in after 23 March 2026.
No. Changes to Authorised Users, including adding or removing access, cannot be completed directly within Internet Banking.
From 23 March 2026, you will need to contact Bank of Sydney to request any updates to Authorised User access. The relevant forms and Identity Verification requirements will need to be completed before access can be amended.
