How to get started
1. Refer to your Customer Reference Number (CRN)
You'll need your full 10-digit CRN (including any leading zeros) to register and log into the new Online Banking platform.
2. Register for Online Banking
You’ll need to complete a quick registration before you first log into Online Banking. For support, see our registration guides and videos.
3. Enjoy the new Online Banking experience
The new Online Banking experience is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. If you need some help getting started, there are a number of User Guides available to assist.
Frequently Asked Questions
Service Requests allow you to send instructions to Bank of Sydney, for example to increase your credit limit or to withdraw funds from your maturing Term Deposit.
