Bank of Sydney has now resolved the intermittent issue impacting transactions between 10pm Thursday 29 June and midnight Friday 30 June, 2023.
As a result, all customer monthly statements and end of financial year notices have now been completed. If you are registered for eStatements, you can view your account statement via Internet Banking. If receiving your statement via post, please do allow up to 5 business days from Monday 24 July 2023 for your statement to be delivered. Furthermore, End of Financial Year Interest Summaries are available upon request.
