To receive your $25 bonus into your BOS Saver Account, please enter the following details as they appeared in your email invitation. This helps us verify your eligibility and ensures the deposit is made to the appropriate BOS Saver Account. 

By submitting your response, you confirm your agreement to the Survey Terms and Conditions.

  1. Eligibility
    This survey is open to selected Bank of Sydney customers who have received a survey invitation via email. Participants must be 18 years or older and hold an open Bank of Sydney BOS Saver Account.
  2. Survey Period
    The survey will be open from 9:30AM 1 October 2025 and will close 5:00PM 8 October 2025. Responses received after this period may not be eligible for the incentive.
  3. Incentive Offer
    Customers who complete and submit the survey within the survey period will receive a $25 deposit into their Bank of Sydney BOS Saver account. The incentive is limited to one deposit per customer and is not transferable or exchangeable.
  4. Incentive Fulfilment
    Deposits will be made into eligible accounts within 14 business days of survey completion (by 23 October 2025). Bank of Sydney reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing the incentive.
  5. Privacy and Data Use
    Survey responses are not anonymous and may be linked to your customer profile to help us better understand your experience. All responses will be treated confidentially and used solely for research and service improvement purposes. No personal information will be shared externally.   6. General Conditions
    Bank of Sydney reserves the right to reasonably modify, suspend, or terminate the survey or its terms at any time without prior notice. Participation in the survey constitutes acceptance of these terms.
