BOS Saver Digital Onboarding Production Testing

We're getting ready to launch our new Digital Application Form for the BOS Saver & Everyday Account. This is a significant milestone in delivering a key strategic initiative to become the best deposit bank in Australia, and support our objective in becoming a differentiated bank that is relationship led and digitally enabled for our customers, and our people.

Before the new form is published to the Bank of Sydney website, we need to make sure everything works as expected. This is where you come in! Please opening a BOS Saver & Everyday Account, you’ll not only be a customer but also help ensure the new capability works well for the launch.

Please open your new account online by EOD Thursday

You’ve been selected to be part of this important pre-launch group! You’ll get an exclusive first look at the new form, which features an updated design and a more user-friendly workflow to improve customer experience.

To assist with testing, please complete the below steps by EOD Thursday 27th June:

  1. Submit an application for a BOS Saver or Everyday Account using the link below. Note, to complete an application you will require an Australian ID Document (Driver’s License or Passport).

  2. After submitting your application, kindly fill out the below brief feedback survey to share your experience. Note, it is important you upload any email communications received following the submission of your application within the below feedback form.
