Bank of Sydney Announces Loan Interest Rate Reductions
We are pleased to announce that we will be decreasing our Standard Variable Interest Rate by 0.19% per annum for all Home Loans. This adjustment follows a 0.25% per annum reduction in Home Loan Rates effected on the 25th of June 2019.
Furthermore, a decrease of 0.19% per annum will also be applied to the Standard Variable Interest Rate on all Investment Home Loans. This adjustment follows a 0.20% per annum reduction in Investment Home Loan Rates effected on the 25th of June 2019.
These changes come after the RBA’s recent rate cut announcements and are effective as of 23rd July 2019.
These decisions follow careful consideration by the Bank in regard to the current economic climate, regulatory environment as well as capital and funding requirements.
