We continue to maintain the most stringent hygiene measures and we’re proactively following the advice of official health authorities. In response to the latest advice, we’re minimising numbers of people in work locations and ensuring all locations have or are part of a COVID-19 plan. We’re conducting regular, thorough deep cleaning of all head office and branch locations, as well as supporting staff to work from home if their role allows them to.

20 years of serving our communities
This year marks the 20th anniversary of us operating in Australia. We first opened our doors in 2001 and have continued to grow with branches available in three states including NSW, VIC and SA. Furthermore, over the past two decades there have been some great milestones including launching Internet Banking, being one of the first banks to issue debit cards, expanding into new channels and becoming a member of the Australian Banking Association (ABA). But the greatest highlights have been the people – our staff and customers. This is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the legends who’ve been with us since the beginning:

Grant for Good
To mark our 20th year milestone, we’re proud to have launched our Grant for Good at a time where it is greatly needed. It’s an annual $20,000 community grant to support projects, organisations and initiatives that promote social inclusion activities, health and well-being, sports and other fields that benefit our communities. We’re excited to announce the first recipient later this year.
We’re building strong foundations for our future
As we move forward in 2021, we’re as customer-focused as ever. We’re continuing to invest in digital transformation, to meet the changing needs of our customers and our people. We’re currently working through a range of technology projects, including Smart ATM roll out, upgrading our network and infrastructure, and a new end-to-end loan origination system.
