Duncan Ayres-Munro appointed as Bank of Sydney Treasurer

Appointment of new Bank of Sydney Treasurer

Bank of Sydney has announced the appointment of Duncan Ayres-Munro as Treasurer.

Mr. Ayres-Munro is a Financial Markets specialist with more than 30 years’ experience working in Asset & Liability Management in Australia and Asian Markets.

Mr. Ayres-Munro’s key roles have included; Treasurer for Arab Bank Australia, Director of Front End Trading with Deutsche Bank Singapore and a number of key positions in USB Australia, Harlow Butler Australia and National Mutual Royal Bank.

The Bank’s Chief Financial Officer, Victor Andersson, said, “We are excited that Duncan has joined the Bank of Sydney as he leads our Treasury team during this exciting phase of growth.”

Mr Ayres-Munro said, “I am delighted to be joining Bank of Sydney and look forward to working with the Treasury team to support strong and sustainable performance for the business”.
