Changes to our Broker team

Dear all,

We are committed to providing exceptional service to our Broker partners and Industry and are expanding the TPD team in order to best service you and your clients’ needs. As such, I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you some of the key people in the team. 

I will continue to oversee the management of the channel, however I’m really pleased to announce that Theo Kelidis has now been appointed as National Broker Partnership Manager. Theo has been with us for 11 years and has long demonstrated his commitment to exceptional customer service and will be the key contact for all aggregators. 

Matthew Alexander has recently joined the bank and will be our new Business Development Manager for Third Party Distribution. Matthew brings with him 6 years of experience in the broker industry and will be the key contact for all brokers. 

We also want to let you know that Jenna Deutscher has now left the bank. On behalf of the organisation, I would like to thank and acknowledge Jenna for her commitment and achievements during her time with us over the last 6 years. We wish her all the best on her future endeavours.
