We are excited to announce the soft launch of our new Lending Platform, from Tuesday 26th April 2022. This new platform allows us to implement faster turn around times and provide status updates to brokers and customers on their applications.
As a result, from today the following email and SMS notifications will be sent after the submission of any new applications:
- Referral Email – Email to customers advising that their application has been submitted and a team member from the Bank will contact them for further information.
- Approval in Principle Letter – Email will be sent to the broker and the customer outlining the details of Approval in Principle.
- Conditional Approval Letter – Email sent to the broker and the customer outlining the details of Conditional Approval.
- Unconditional Approval Letter – Email sent to the broker and the customer outlining the details of Unconditional (Formal) Approval.
- Settlement Notification – Email sent to the broker and SMS to the customer confirming that settlement has been completed.
Note, all emails will be sent from "noreply-1@banksyd.com.au".
