You have been given access to your organisation’s Bank of Sydney Business Internet Banking so you can help manage its accounts. This might include tasks such as processing payroll, handling business payments, or managing accounts on behalf of the business as an owner or director.

People who are given this type of access are known as Authorised Users. This simply means the organisation has approved you to view or manage their accounts online.

To help keep business accounts secure, Bank of Sydney is required to verify the identity of everyone who has online access.

Completing this process will ensure you can continue accessing your organisation’s accounts through Bank of Sydney Business Internet Banking.

What you need to do

To complete identity verification, please follow the steps below:

___	1. Complete the Authorised User Identification Form The Authorised User Identification Form collects your personal and contact details so Bank of Sydney can verify your identity. Please complete all sections of the form and sign it by hand where indicated. To download the Authorised User Identification Form, click here.
___	2. Provide your Identification Documents Along with the completed form, you will need to provide the following: Photos of your identification document, showing both the front and back A photo of yourself holding the same identification document These documents are required so Bank of Sydney can verify your identity.

Return your Form and Documents Your completed Authorised User Identification Form and identification documents can be returned by: Sending a secure message through Internet Banking and attaching the completed form and photos Visiting your nearest Bank of Sydney branch Providing the documents directly to a Bank of Sydney Relationship Manager
