Experience better service with our new Internet Banking

We are very excited to announce that Bank of Sydney customers can enjoy an easier and faster banking experience with our new Internet Banking.

It doesn’t matter whether you prefer desktop or tablet, or use an iPhone or Android smartphone for your banking needs, Bank of Sydney’s Internet Banking platform is optimised for your preferences – giving you more time for the more important things.

“Our new Internet Banking platform includes all the features you know and love, but its improved user interface makes navigation easier, which means better functionality, higher security and faster transactions” said Bank of Sydney’s CEO Miltos Michaelas.

“In keeping with our promise to invest and improve our systems, you can now use your fingerprint to securely log into your Internet Banking account and authorise transactions. Customers can also set daily limits for payments, and increase or decrease those daily limits for domestic and international transfers as well as BPAY. And for those who like to stay on top of their finances throughout the day, you can set up comprehensive alerts for your balances, transactions and more” Miltos Michaelas said

“Security is a top priority at Bank of Sydney. So if your card is lost or stolen, simply log into your Internet Banking account and change your card status to Lost/Stolen, or set up a Temporary Block.”  Miltos Michaelas concluded.
