Electronic signatures are now accepted

To streamline the process and experience, we now accept electronic signatures on all Loan Application Forms, Loan Maintenance Forms and Loan Documents that are processed by Dentons or FMS. 

An Electronic signature refers to a situation where a document is signed by attaching an electronic copy of a signature to the document without the use of any digital signature technology such as DocuSign.

As a broker, you can capture the signature on the application form once the client's data has been inputted into ApplyOnline.

The form will be emailed to the client with a snapshot of the application. The client applies their electronic signature/s and returns to you for validation that the form has been completed before uploading it to ApplyOnline and submitting the application.

Please note that Electronic signatures will not be applicable for the VOI form or the authority to discharge/Refinance loan forms. These forms will still require a wet signature to be collected.
